Customer service matters, especially in an organization built for customers, by customers. We have eight strategic goals at WaterOne. Each of them have equal importance. Goal 2 is that we will provide excellent customer services.
Our objectives to achieving and sustaining that goal include:

- Periodically evaluate customer perceptions and satisfaction
- Expand online services to meet customer expectations
- Provide education and outreach through the use of innovative communication tools and social media
- Maintain effective relationships with local public agencies
- Cultivate a strong customer oriented mindset among all employees
- Provide timely emergency alerts to customers using a mass notification system
