Your Bank's Bill Payment Service

WaterOne can receive electronic payment transfers directly from financial institutions. Depending on your bank, your payment could post to your WaterOne account the next business day.

  • Pay with: checking or savings account. Inquire with your bank for additional options
  • Account posting: 2-3 business days
  • Fee: ask your bank if they offer free online bill pay
  • Overpayment refund: 10 business days
  • Register/Enroll: with your bank 

Paperless Billing with Your Bank

Get your bills electronically through your bank account. WaterOne has the ability to send your bill directly to your bank where you can:

  • Set up an automatic, recurring payment when the bill is due
  • Receive an alert when your bill has arrived and pay at your convenience (see note)
  • Register/Enroll: with your bank

  • Set autopay to get email or text alerts when payments are scheduled, processed or when your autopay schedule expires
  • Set up additional contacts to receive billing & payment notifications
  • Accuracy counts: Please enter account and payment information correctly. Returned payments will be charged a return fee, and over-payments may take up to 90 business days to refund
  • When you sign up for autopay, your selections will be applied to all future bills- not the current bill in your queue when you set up your profile. You must manually schedule a one-time payment for the current bill.
    • If you have a grandfathered internally managed autopay, contact WaterOne Customer Service prior to enrolling and setting up a self-managed recurring payment.

  • Want the freedom to hop online and make a payment without the hassle of logging-in to a payment profile? Use EZ-Pay Guest Payments to pay by checking, savings, or credit/debit card. Pay by digital wallet (PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
  • Get a confirmation number at the end of your transaction [Note: The confirmation number is provided as a receipt of the transaction. It's not a guarantee that payment has been processed through your bank]
  • Accuracy counts: Please enter account and payment information correctly. Returned payments will be charged a return fee, and overpayments may take up to 90 business days to refund
  • EZ-Pay Guest Payments is activated for use the following business day after your WaterOne account is established
  • Kubra, WaterOne's payment processor, does not accept 3rd party payments; view Kubra's payment terms
