Bank Accounts

If your bank account information has changed, update your information on your Self-Service WaterOne Bills & Payments account, or bank account through your respective online profile.

Add Additional People to Your Account

To add a secondary authorized user to your account, send us a message online or call Customer Service at (913) 895-1800.

Add an additional party to your account

Submit an online Letter of Authorization Form to add a management company or other entity to your account to enable them to start or stop service, pay your bill, speak to customer service, and act on behalf of your account.
