Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Complete an application for the job of your choosing using our WaterOne Career Portal. Once your profile is set up and your application is complete, you may submit your resume for any other posted jobs on our website.

Step 2: All submissions will be reviewed by WaterOne Human Resources, who will reach out to qualified candidates that are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Step 3: Candidates who are selected for interviews will be required to complete their interviews in-person or virtually for the appropriate job opportunity.

Step 4: Once a final decision is made, an offer of employment will be extended to the chosen candidate. Upon acceptance of this offer, WaterOne will request authorization to conduct a background check, including criminal history, driving record, verification of education and employment history. All background checks are conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (PDF). The chosen candidate will also be required to complete a drug screen and physical exam.
