WaterOne has once again earned top recognition for its dedication to promoting employee health and wellness. This prestigious honor celebrates organizations that prioritize the health and well-being of their employees, solidifying WaterOne’s standing as a leader in fostering a healthy workplace culture.

The awards evaluated WaterOne based on several key criteria, including Culture and Leadership, Strategic Planning, Core Wellness Components, and Marketing & Communications to determine how effectively the wellness program engages employees. WaterOne’s comprehensive wellness initiatives were recognized for their range of offerings, such as on-site walking trails, fitness centers, health club membership reimbursements, access to weight loss management programs, and more. In addition, WaterOne hosts an annual Wellness Week, encouraging employees to explore strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle both in and out of the office. The company’s health and wellness programs enjoy widespread participation, demonstrating their success and impact.

At the heart of WaterOne’s thriving culture of health and wellness is the dedication and creativity of its Human Resources team.

“We are incredibly excited for the opportunities 2025 will bring,” said Senior Human Resources Generalist Katie Peed. “We’ve actively listened to our employees about what matters most to their health and wellness. We are committed to continually enhancing our offerings to ensure we’re providing the best support for our team’s well-being.”
