Biography
As Assistant General Manager, Mandy Wagner leads the Services Division which includes Human Resources, Communications, Customer Service, and Field Services. She is also charged with leading strategic initiatives for the organization.
Mandy joined WaterOne in 2012 as Communications Manager. She was appointed Director of Customer Relations in 2015, having served as an acting director throughout the previous year. Her role expanded as Assistant General Manager in 2024.
Prior to WaterOne, Mandy served in leadership roles in state and local government, including as Director of Finance for the City of Atchison, Kansas and Assistant City Manager for the City of Derby, Kansas. She holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) specializing in city/county management from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
