For the safety of its customers and employees, WaterOne is following U.S. Center for Disease Control guidance to reduce risk of exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19).

The WaterOne lobby will be closed until further notice. All other services, including water service, billing, and emergency repairs and maintenance will continue as normal.

We wish to proactively assure our customers that WaterOne’s water remains safe and high quality. The COVID-19 virus is not known to be a waterborne contaminant, but our robust multi-barrier treatment process is effective at eliminating it as well as other impurities. BILL PAYMENT

Pay your bill online here. If you typically pay in person, you can pay by check using the drop box in front of our administrative building. Please do not put cash in the drop box.

WATER TURN-OFFS SUSPENDED

WaterOne is currently suspending turn-offs for non-pay in support of community wellness. Tap water is vital to promoting and restoring health during the COVID-19 event. This will be reassessed periodically based on the pandemic status and customers will remain responsible for their outstanding balances.

Please Note: Although there will be no service disconnections in the coming weeks, you will continue to receive account and payment reminders. We also encourage you to continue to make payments on your account. That helps avoid higher balances later. If you’re experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 event, please contact us at 913/895-1800 to make payment arrangements.

 

DEVELOPER SERVICES

Apply for New Fire Hydrant Meter Applications, Residential & Commercial New Service Permits at waterone.org.  New Fire Hydrant Meters Applications must be filled out online prior to pickup.  Existing Fire Hydrant Meter holders that are planning to checkout a new meter should be delayed until our office is open to the public.  All bulk water tank inspections are suspended until WaterOne resumes normal operations.  All permit and notification numbers will be required to enter WaterOne's facility for pickup.
