Our Hiring Process
STEP 1: Create a Candidate Profile and search for job listings on the WaterOne Career Portal. Once your profile is set up, you may submit your resume for a posted job to be considered for a position.
STEP 2: Wait patiently, please. Once submitted, your resume will be reviewed by WaterOne staff. Qualified candidates will be contacted to complete an online hiring application. Due to the large volume of resumes we receive and the time we invest in reviewing each candidate, you will only be contacted if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Background Checks & Screenings
Finalists for any position are subject to a background check. If you’re interviewed, you’ll be asked to complete and sign a form authorizing WaterOne to obtain a background report in the event that you’re selected as a finalist. All background checks are conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act
