WaterOne Customer Service Policies Offer Flexibility To Furloughed Federal Employees
WaterOne recognizes the financial difficulty posed to some of its customers by the ongoing federal government shutdown. WaterOne is among the many organizations and utilities that have made accommodations for furloughed employees to bridge them over until normal federal activity resumes.
WaterOne aims to always be providing common sense customer service that honors the expectations and dignity of its customers. Within WaterOne’s existing framework of customer service policies, its Customer Care team is empowered to work with customers who identify as furloughed federal employees to provide more time to pay and avoid penalties and service disconnection.
