What should I do if I'm not able to validate and connect my WaterOne account to my Usage & Services dashboard?
  1. If you are using a mobile device, view the page using landscape mode or switch to desktop mode to make sure you are seeing all the options and graphs on the page.
  2. Try using a different web browser to access Usage & Services.
  3. Check that you are using the correct Customer ID (Business Partner) number and billing zip code.
  4. Special characters in your profile name may cause errors (such as Jane&John Smith). Try removing special characters from your profile name and try to re-validate after the change has been made.
