WaterOne Project Manager
As our infrastructure continues to age, we proactively replace water mains to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality water service to our community with superior service. WaterOne replaced existing 8 inch cast iron (circa (ca.) 1937), 6 inch cast iron (ca. 1927 and 1923), and 12 inch cast iron (ca. 1949) with 8 inch PVC water main along 75th Street between Delmar and State Line Road. The project was originally scoped for Mission Road to State Line with a completion date in August, but was extended to Delmar with a completion date of October.
This project was done in conjunction with the City of Prairie Village Street Improvement Project, which begins in early 2015. WaterOne's work began March 31st, 2014. We finished on time in October, as promised.
Whenever we do projects, we like to keep our affected customers informed. To ensure that we can reach you with water alerts, sign-up at Notify JoCo or call 913-826-5555 and customize your contact preferences by tagging locations of your home, work, school, etc.
Thank you for your interest in WaterOne's project.
