Project Description

As our infrastructure continues to age, we proactively replace water mains to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality water service to our community with superior service. WaterOne will be upgrading infrastructure throughout the neighborhoods on Hayes Road, Kessler Lane, and Grandview Lane between 75th Street and 76th Terrace WaterOne's portion of the work is expected to begin in January 2019 and conclude in February 2019.

To avoid unnecessary excavation and maximize ratepayer dollars, this project is being completed in coordination with the City of Overland Park's street and storm project. Roads are expected to be periodically closed to through-traffic during working hours, but every effort will be made to maintain access and reduce disruption for residents in the neighborhood. We appreciate your patience as we complete this necessary upgrade to your water infrastructure.
