Project Description

As our infrastructure continues to age, we proactively replace water mains to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality water service to our community with superior service. WaterOne will be upgrading infrastructure along Roe Avenue from 63rd Street to 67th Street. The project is coordinated with the City of Prairie Village to be completed before scheduled road improvement work, in order to avoid unnecessary excavation and maximize ratepayer dollars. WaterOne's work is scheduled to begin in April 2019 and last until May 2019.

Road closures will be necessary on Roe only during working hours of 8 am to 3 pm, beginning Monday, April 15th. New street crossings will be installed within the neighborhood affected and detours will be posted. We appreciate your patience as we complete this necessary upgrade to your water infrastructure.
