Project Description

As our infrastructure continues to age, we proactively replace water mains to ensure safe, reliable, high-quality water service to our community with superior service. WaterOne will be upgrading infrastructure along Nieman Road from Shawnee Mission Parkway to W 55th Street WaterOne's work is scheduled to begin in December 2018 and last until May 2019.

There is expected to be single-lane closures near the work zone during construction. Brief water outages of four hours or less will also be necessary, and all outage updates will be sent through NotifyJoCo.org. Every effort will be made to maintain access and reduce disruption for residents in this area. We appreciate your patience as we complete this necessary upgrade to your water infrastructure.
