 Construction of the Phase V facilities will begin in the spring of 2007. The facility will be located on Sam Clark Lane in Wyandotte County. The facility is being designed by Black & Veatch, consulting engineers for WaterOne. It was WaterOne's goal to have a facility that would be compatible with the rural landscape of the area, and this is reflected in the facility's unique horse barn design.
