Transfer Water Service Required Fields If you currently have water service with WaterOne and are moving to a new residence served by WaterOne, then complete the secure online form below to transfer your service. You will receive a confirmation within 2-3 business days. If you are a first-time customer or currently do not have water service with WaterOne, please use the Start Water Service form. If water service is to be discontinued or started within the next 72 hours, please call Customer Service at (913) 895-1800. Anytime you start or stop water service, WaterOne sends Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) your billing information. WaterOne is not affiliated with JCW. You will receive a separate bill from JCW for waste water services. If you have questions concerning waste water billing, please call (913) 715-8500. Winter Months Only - If the water is off, the
