Start Water Service Required Fields Are you moving to a new residence and need service established in your name? Then complete the secured form below. You will receive a confirmation within 2-3 business days. If your previous residence is served by WaterOne, and you need the water service for the old location taken out of your name, please use the Transfer Water Service form. If water service is to be discontinued or started within the next 72 hours, please call Customer Service at (913) 895-1800. Anytime you start or stop water service, WaterOne sends Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) your billing information. WaterOne is not affiliated with JCW. You will receive a separate bill from JCW for wastewater services. If you have questions concerning wastewater billing, please call 913.851.8542. Winter Months Only - If the water is off, the
