Pay by Phone

In cooperation with our payment provider, WaterOne now offers a convenient pay-by-phone option.  It allows you to pay your WaterOne bill by credit card, debit card or electronic check 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. WaterOne accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A $2.50 convenience fee will be charged and paid to our payment provider.

To pay by phone, have your WaterOne bill statement ready and call the toll free number, 1-855-366-1556.  This service is available in English and Spanish.

All payments received by 1:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday on will be posted to your account today. Payments received  after 1:00 p.m. CT weekdays, weekends, and holidays will be posted to your account on the next business day.

Once your transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation number from our payment provider to use if you need to contact our Customer Service Department.

To avoid a $2.50 processing fee, consider enrolling in Aqua-Matic Payment Plan or Electronic Bill Presentment.
