Pay Online or By Phone Using Speedpay In cooperation with Speedpay*, WaterOne now offers a convenient pay-by-phone option. It allows you to pay your WaterOne bill by credit card, debit card or electronic check 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. A $2.50 convenience fee will be charged and paid to Speedpay. All payments received by 1:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday will be posted to your account today. Payments received after 1:00 p.m. CT weekdays, weekends, and holidays will be posted to your account on the next business day. Please have a copy of your WaterOne bill available. Once your transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation number from Speedpay to use if you need to contact our Customer Service Department. *SpeedPay is a product of E Commerce Group and is a separate company from WaterOne. |
