How the Aqua-Matic Payment Plan Works

Participants enrolled in the Aqua-Matic Pay Plan receive a billing notice at the same time they would normally receive a water bill. The payments are taken from bank accounts 21 days after bill notices are mailed. Your billing notice will indicate when your payment will be made. Customers participating in the plan can stop payments because of billing disputes by calling Customer Service (913) 895-1800 at least 5 workdays before payments are scheduled to be posted to bank accounts.

How to Change Existing Bank Information

 

For customers already enrolled in the Aqua-Matic Pay Plan, if you need to change banks or account numbers, you must send in a new voided check in order to make the change.
