For your convenience, a return envelope is enclosed with your water
bill. Simply return the lower portion (stub) of your bill along with a check
payment in the pre-addressed envelope provided…stamp not included.
Collection Banks There are several collection banks in the area that accept WaterOne bill payments. When using a collection bank, payments should be made at least one week before due date as the bank mails payments to our office before the due date to avoid assessment of delayed payment charges.
Night Depository A drop box is located at the Administrative Building located at 10747 Renner Boulevard near the front entrance. Envelopes are provided at the night depository which is open 24 hours a day.
Pay in Person A cashier is available to receive payments between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except holidays, at the Administration Building located at 10747 Renner Boulevard, Lenexa, KS. Customer parking is conveniently located on the northeast side of the building near the front entrance to the building; the cashier is located immediately inside.
Pay by credit card or debit: There is
a fee of $2.50 to pay by Speed Pay.
