free service that allows you to have your bill payment automatically drafted
from your checking or savings account. Learn how our Aqua-Matic

Pay Online
Pay by Phone Using Credit, Debit or Electronic Check Pay your bill by phone by using WaterOne's payment provider which offers a convenient pay by phone option. It's secure and convenient. A convenience fee of $2.50 will be charged and paid to our payment provider.
For your convenience, a return envelope is enclosed with your water
bill. Simply return the lower portion (stub) of your bill along with a check
payment in the pre-addressed envelope provided…stamp not included.
Collection Bank There is one collection bank in the area that accepts WaterOne bill payments. When using a collection bank, payments should be made at least one week before due date as the bank mails payments to our office before the due date to avoid assessment of delayed payment charges.
Night Depository A drop box is located at the Administrative Building located at 10747 Renner Boulevard near the front entrance. Envelopes are provided at the night depository which is open 24 hours a day.
Pay in Person A cashier is available to receive payments between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except holidays, at the Administration Building located at 10747 Renner Boulevard, Lenexa, KS. Customer parking is conveniently located on the northeast side of the building near the front entrance to the building; the cashier is located immediately inside.
