WaterOne
now offers two
Late Payment Charges Water bills are due within 21 days from the date they are mailed. Once bills go past due, a 5.0% delayed payment charge is added on the unpaid balance on the current bill.
Security Deposits In general, applicants for water service are not asked to pay a deposit. A deposit may be required from customers who do not pay their water account promptly or have a history of returned checks. A deposit of $50.00 will be required
from customers who in a 12 month period have had two instances where
either: a water bill has not been paid prior to the date of disconnect
