Billing Information Single family residential customers are read and billed every 2 months while multi-family residential and commercial customers are read and billed monthly.
Paying Your Bill
WaterOne
now offers two
Late Payment Charges Water bills are due within 21 days from the date they are mailed. Once bills go past due, a 5.0% delayed payment charge is added on the unpaid balance on the current bill.
Security Deposits
In general, applicants for water service are
not asked to pay a deposit. A deposit may be required from customers
who do not pay their water account promptly or have a history of returned
checks.
