Billing Information

Single family residential customers are read and billed every 2 months while multi-family residential and commercial customers are read and billed monthly. 

 

Paying Your Bill

WaterOne now offers two payment methods: online and by phone. These options are offered by Speedpay*.  Review a  full list of payment options

 

Late Payment Charges

Water bills are due within 21 days from the date they are mailed. Once bills go past due, a 5.0% delayed payment charge is added on the unpaid balance on the current bill.

 

Security Deposits

In general, applicants for water service are not asked to pay a deposit.  A deposit may be required from customers who do not pay their water account promptly or have a history of returned checks.

A deposit of $25 or an amount equal to an estimated 60 days of water consumption, whichever is greater, may be requested from customers who meet these criteria.

Services

Moving in, out or within the WaterOne’s service area?   If so, we offer several  convenient and secured online services including, starting a new service, discontinuing an existing service, transferring to a new service and changing account information. If you need water service to be started or discontinued in the next 72 hours, please contact Customer Service at (913) 895-1800.   Changes in service are made during regular working hours Monday through Friday except holidays.

 

Payment Arrangements

If you wish to make payment arrangements on a water bill, have received a disconnection notice or your water has been turned off, please contact the Customer Accounts Department at (913) 895-1803.
