About The Staff

Nancy Scott - Conservation Manager

Nancy graduated from Texas A&M University with her major educational emphasis in Native Plant Management and Soil Science. Prior to joining the WaterOne staff, Nancy developed and conducted seminars for the Soil Conservation Service and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.

Darrell Theobald - Conservation Project Coordinator

Darrell graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Urban Horticulture and is a Certified Arborist. Before joining the WaterOne staff, Darrell managed a wholesale nursery.

Allen Steenbock - Water Efficiency Specialist

Allen graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Horticulture. He has a strong background in landscape maintenance. Prior to joining the WaterOne staff, Allen worked for a local lawn care company where he was responsible for the proper care and maintenance of 375 local residential properties.

Nancy, Darrell, and Allen are all recognized by the International Irrigation Association as Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditors.
