Project MP-09006 – 24” Transmission Main, 143^rd Street & Metcalf Ave to Nall Ave Pumping Station and Reservoir (146^th Street).  The contractor, BRB Contractors, Inc., began work mid June, 2011 with boring 143^rd Street approximately 200 feet west of Nall Ave.  Work commenced west from this bore location along the north side of 143^rd Street.  To date 2,165 linear feet of the total 6,700 linear feet of 24-inch transmission main has been installed.  Anticipated completion is December of 2011.
