New
General Counsel Joins WaterOne Eric Arner joined WaterOne on March 6, 2003 as its
new General Counsel and Director of the Legal/Auditing Division.
His responsibilities include serving as General Counsel for the
utility and providing legal counsel to the WaterOne Board, as well as,
overseeing all activities pertaining to legal services, auditing, and
insurance. Arner replaces
Michael J. Armstrong who was named the utility’s General Manager in
January of this year. Before joining WaterOne, Arner was employed by the
City of Lenexa for over nine years where he served as Assistant City
Attorney/City Prosecutor and later as Senior Assistant City Attorney.
Prior to that he was employed as an Attorney with Marvin Rainey
& Associates.
