May 10, 2007 WaterOne Board Members Take Oath of Office; Chairman and Vice-Chairman Selected During the May 8, 2007 WaterOne Board meeting, four incumbent Board members and one new Board member were sworn into office. Brenda Cherpitel, who was selected by the WaterOne Board last week to fill the unexpired term of Dick Weisser, joined incumbents Dick Noon, Terry Frederick, Joe H. Vaughan, and Robert Olson in taking the Oath of Office. Also at the May 8 meeting, the Governing Board re-elected Terry Frederick as WaterOne Board Chairman and Rob Olson as Vice Chairman for the 2007-2009 term. Frederick and Olson have served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively throughout the 2005-2007 term. Frederick has 11 years of experience on the WaterOne Board and Olson has served for 12 years.
