WaterOne Posts Educational Videos and E-Messages on Website
to recognize National Drinking Water Week 

Lenexa, KS.  In honor of National Drinking Water Week, May 1-7, 2011, WaterOne has posted a series of informational videos on water related topics on its website www.waterone.org.  The videos are designed to answer  questions about water quality; water sources, use of filtration devices, and much more.

Also posted on the website are several fun, short, animated E-messages that convey the value and necessity of water, and the need for using it wisely.  The four messages are:

*Water, The Original Health Drink: Water provides essential nourishment
without the calories, cholesterol or carbohydrates.

*Go Ahead, Call Me Cheap: Tap into big savings, safety and convenience when you choose tap water over bottled water.

*Slow the Flow: Conserve water in your lawn and garden with these tips.

*How Low Can You Flow?: Just a few adjustments in your home habits can save lots of water.

The video series and E-Messages were developed by the American Water Works Association in partnership with water utilities across the country. 

WaterOne’s annual Water Quality report is currently being delivered to all customers in their water bills.  This annual report can also be found on the utility’s website.
