Application For New Residential Service Permits
PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO CINDY HILLHOUSE, NEW SERVICE COORDINATOR: 1. Applicant name, mailing address and telephone numbers.2. Address of property to be served. 3. Legal description of property to be served. 4. The name and telephone number of the plumbing contractor. The new service applicant is responsible for the meter pit assembly after installation and until a final inspection is approved by WaterOne.
