The following
actions were taken at the August 10, 2010 Board meeting.
Reservation of Funds
The Board directed staff to
reserve $1,800,000 from the System Development Fund to the Master Plan
Phase V Reserves.
Project MP-05252
The Board awarded the contract for Project MP-05252, 36” Transmission
Main along 175th Street from Ridgeview Road to Lackman Road,
to the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder, Garney
Companies, Inc., in the amount of $2,070,518.00.
Amendment No. 7
The Board approved Amendment No. 7 to the Burns & McDonnell Engineering
Services Agreement to perform Construction Phase Services for Project
MP-05252. The estimated cost to perform these services is $47,700 and
the total combined billing limit would be increased by this amount.
