The following actions were taken at the August 11, 2009 Board meeting.

Rule XI
The Board approved revisions related to “Retail System Development Charges” in Section 1 of Rule XI of WaterOne’s Rules & Regulations.

Change Order for Projects MP-05322 and MP-05323

The Board approved a change order for Projects MP-05322 and MP-05323, two projects that represent approximately two-thirds of the 17-mile, 60-inch pipeline and the 60-inch well water pipeline for Phase V.

Change Order for Projects MP-05321 and MP-06009

The Board approved a change order for Projects MP-05321 and MP-06009, which increases the contract amount by $52,554.47.  These two projects represent the northernmost 60-inch finished water pipeline and the 60-inch well water pipeline for Phase V.

Project TD-07059
The Board adopted a resolution authorizing acquisition of necessary easement by Eminent Domain on private property owned by Oddo Development Company, Inc. near 101^st Terrace and Lackman Road for Project TD-07059, 42” Transmission Main Relocation Project.

Agreement

The Board authorized an agreement between WaterOne and the State of Kansas Department of Transportation KDOT for the relocation of a tunnel encasement at K-7 & Johnson Drive. 

Project MP-06007

The Board approved a change order for Project MP-06007 – Facility 3 (Phase V-A) Water Treatment Plant, for an increase in the contract amount of $28,923.65 with Grimm Construction Company.
