The following action was taken at the Board Meeting on July 14, 2009.

Reservation of Funds
The Board approved reservation of System Development Funds to Master Plan Phase V reserves.

2009 Horizontal Directional Drilling Services
The Board awarded a one-year contract for the 2009 Horizontal Directional Drilling Services Contract to E’s Trenching and Directional Boring, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder in the amount of $244,550.00, which is based on estimated quantities.

Project MP-05322 and Project MP-05323
The Board approved a change order to Project MP-05322 and Project MP-05323. These two projects represent about two-thirds of the 17-mile, 60-inch finished water pipeline.  The change order decreases the contract amount by $9,250, from the original contract of $33,838, 425.00 with Garney Construction, Inc.
