The following actions were taken at the June 9, 2009 Board meeting.

Banking Services
The Board approved Commerce Bank as the principal Banking Services Provider for an initial three year term, effective September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2012, with an option to extend by mutual agreement up to two additional years.

Award of Contract
The Board awarded the contract for Project No. MP-09009 to Delta Innovative Services, Inc., the lowest, qualified, responsible, and responsive bidder, in the amount of $270,000.00.

Exchange of Real Property
The Board approved the exchange of approximately five acres of real property by way of mutual conveyance with Midland Wrecking Inc.

Official Naming
The Board designated the official name for WaterOne’s Phase V Water Treatment Facility to be “Wolcott Treatment Plant.”
