SDC Reservation of Funds
The Board directed Staff to reserve $1,400,000 from the System Development Fund to the Master Plan Phase V Reserves.

Change to ING Default Account
The Board directed ING to change the 401(a) ING Plan VFG120 Default Account from the Stable Value ING Fixed Account to the Vanguard Target Retirement Income Fund-Investor Shares.

KS Mutual Aid Agreement
The Board adopted a resolution authorizing the Board Chairman to execute the Kansas Mutual Aid Program for Utilities Agreement.  The Board further authorized the Chairman to approve minor modifications to the Kansas Mutual Aid Program for Utilities Agreement with the approval of WaterOne’s General Counsel.

Award of Contracts
The Board awarded the contract for Job No. AC-08053 – Paint Missouri Presed Basin Nos 1 & 4 to Goens Bros., Inc., the lowest, qualified, responsible, and responsive bidder, in the amount of $650,680.00.

The Board awarded the contract for Job No. AC-08053.100 – Inspection Services for Painting Missouri Presed Basin Nos. 1 and 4, to The Larkin Group, the lowest, qualified, responsible, and responsive bidder, in the amount of $38,400.00.

Farm Lease Agreement
The Board approved the Agricultural Lease with Knetter Farms, Inc. and Knetter Brothers, Inc. for use of approximately 50 acres of real property owned by WaterOne for agricultural and related purposes in Wyandotte and Leavenworth Counties, Kansas, in the area of K-5 Highway and the Lakeside Speedway.
