Creation of a Benefit Area

The Board adopted a Resolution authorized the creation of a Benefit Area for Project MP-05013, 16-inch distribution main along Clare Rd., 86^th Terr. to 91^st St.

Acquisition of Easements

The Board adopted a resolution authorizing acquisition of easements by negotiation for Project MP-05013, 16-inch transmission main along Clare Rd, 86^th Terrace to 91^st Street.

The Board adopted Resolutions authorizing acquisition of easements by negotiation for Project MP-04003, 12-inch Distribution Main along 175^th St., Mission Rd. to Kenneth Rd. and Project MP-07015, 12-inch Distribution Main along Kenneth Rd., 175^th St. to 171^st St. 

Amendments to Engineering Contracts

The Board approved Amendment No. 4 to HNTB Engineering agreement for design engineering & construction phase services for Project MP-05013.

The Board approved an amendment to the Olsson Associates Engineering Services Agreement for the Design, Bidding and Construction Engineering Services associated with Project MP-05305, Design & Construction engineering services for new lab space at the Hansen Treatment Plant.

Agreement with City of Lenexa

The Board approved an Agreement with Lenexa for Project MP-05013.

Work Change Directive

The Board approved Work Change Directive No. 1 for Project MP-05322, 60-inch transmission main from Parallel Parkway to the Kansas River Tunnel.

Award of Contracts

The Board awarded the contract for Job No.’s AC-07066 & AC-07067, Motor Operator for KS Presed Supply Main & Motorized Slide Gates.

The Board awarded the contract for Job No. OM-07000, Cleaning and Disinfection of Facility 2 North Washwater Reservoir, 159^th Street Reservoir, 199^th Street & Lackman Road Elevated Tank and 108^th Street & Renner Road Elevated Tank.

Approval of Change Orders

The Board approved a Change Order to Project MP-05007, Phase II, 211^th Street Pumping Station and Reservoir.

The Board approved a Change Order to Project MP-06007, Facility 3 (Phase V-A) Water Treatment Plant
