Public Hearing
The Board held a public hearing to discuss the 2009 Budget & related water rates. Final approval of the 2009 Budget will be decided at the December Board meeting.

Reservation of Funds
The Board approved reserving $1,500,000 from the System Development Fund to the Master Plan Phase V Reserves.

Transfer of Funds
The Board approved transferring the following reserves from Master Plan Phase IV-B to Phase V:

Transfer:       $    18,091        from the System Development Charge Fund Reserve

Transfer:       $  616,533        from the General Fund Reserve

For a total of $  634,624       of reserves to be transferred from Phase IV-B to Phase V.

Selection of Vendor
The Board approved an Agreement with CyberTech Systems and Software, Inc. to provide Remote SAP BASIS Support Services to assist WaterOne staff in administration of the SAP landscape as described in the WaterOne Request For Proposal dated August 1, 2008 and CyberTech’s Proposal, dated August 21, 2008 with a proposed $54,000 per year to provide Basis support and a $4,000 onetime mobilization fee.
