2009 Budget
The Board adopted the 2009 Budget and related water rates, effective January 1, 2009.

Revisions to Section 2:10 Handbook

The Board approved revisions to Section 2:10 of the Employee Handbook regarding spouse of retiree health insurance benefits.

Revisions to Section 2:03 of Handbook

The Board approved revisions to Section 2:03 of the 4th Revised Retirement Plan regarding lump sum discount rate and mortality table.

Approval of Amendment

The Board approved Amendment 2 to the Burns & McDonnell Agreement for Engineering Services to perform additional Design Phase Services for Project MP-06008 for an estimated cost of $14,767.00.

BPU Warm Water Sales Agreement

The Board authorized the General Manager to execute the Warm Water Sales Agreement with the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) and WaterOne.
