Acquisition of Easements
The Board adopted a resolution authorizing acquisition of necessary easements by Eminent Domain for:

Project MX-06149 – 12-inch and 16-inch distribution mains along 175^th Street from Clare Road to Monticello Drive.

Project MX-07101 – 12-inch distribution main along Clare Road, from 175^th Street to the North,

Project MX-07111 –16-inch and 8-inch distribution mains at the Northwest corner of 175^th Street and Clare Road.
Project MP-06008- 24-inch transmission main, 71^st St., Clare Road to Hedge Lane Terrace.

Change Order
The Board approved a change order for Projects MO-05322 and MP-05323, which increases the contract amount by $23,668.75. 

Reciprocal Emergency Water Sales Agreement
The Board authorized the General Manager to execute a Reciprocal Emergency Water Sales Agreement between the City of Olathe and WaterOne.
