APPROVE RESERVATION OF SYSTEM -DEVELOPMENT CHARGE FUNDS TO MASTER PLAN PHASE V RESERVES

Board approved reservation of $2,300,000 from the  System Development Fund to the Master Plan Phase V Reserves.

APPROVE REJECTION OF BIDS FOR JOB NO. AC-07024, MISSOURI PRESED FACILITY REROOF

All bids were rejected by the Board for the reproofing for the Missouri Presed Facility.

AWARD CONTRACT FOR JOB NO. AC- 07023, PAINT PRIMARY BASIN NO. 6 AND FINAL BASIN NO. 3, FACILITY 2

The Board awarded the Paint Facility 2 Primary Basin No. 6 and Final Basin No. 3, to MVP Painting, the lowest, qualified, responsible, and responsive bidder, in the amount of $1,140,000.00

APPROVE PURCHASE OF PUMPING EQUIPMENT FOR JOB NO. AC-07010, REPLACE HIGH SERVICE PUMP NO. 1, FACILITY 1

The Board approved the purchase and replacement of Facility 1 High Service Pump No. 1 to Letts, Van Kirk & Associates (Flowserve); the lowest, qualified, responsible, and responsive bidder, in the amount of $194,524.00.

APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR PROJECT MP-06007, FACILITY 3 (PHASE V) WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Board approved a change order to Project MP-06007 –Facility 3 (Phase V) Water Treatment Plant, for an increase in the contract amount of $466,587.00 with Grimm Construction Company, Inc.

APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR PROJECT 269- 36” TRANSMISSION MAIN, 77TH ST. & MONTICELLO RD. TO JOHNSON DR. & RENNER RD.

The Board approved the deductive Change Order No. 3 for Project 269 – 36” transmission main, 77th Street and Monticello Road to Johnson Drive & Renner Road with Beemer Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $332,265.
