Petition to Extend WaterOne Boundaries
The Board accepted a petition and adopted a resolution to extend WaterOne boundaries in Section 19, Township 12 South, Range 24 East, Shawnee, Kansas (generally West of Renner Road and South of Midland Drive) at the request of the petitioner, Johnson County Parks and Recreation District.

Equipment Purchase
The Board authorized the equipment purchase option of the US Filter proposal to provide chlorine dioxide generator equipment, chemical and technical services for Missouri River Presedimentation Facilities in the amount of $342,000 for the equipment and $0.3325 per pound of Purate.

Installation Contract
The Board awarded the installation contract for the EKA System for Chlorine Dioxide Generation and Chlorine Dioxide Magnetic Flow Meters to Grimm Construction Company, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $1,023,000.00.

Award of Contract
The Board awarded the contract for the Replacement of Dust Collector for Soda Ash Storage Silo #28, Hansen Treatment Plant, Facility 2, to CDI Industrial and Mechanical Contractors, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $20,855.00.
