Master Plan Reserves

The Board directed staff to reserve $1,400,000 from the System Development Fund to the Master Plan Phase V Reserves.

Award of Contract
The Board awarded a contract for the installation of a 24-inch Steel Encased Tunnel under 69 Hwy along 143^rd Street, to the lowest qualified, responsible and responsive bidder, Garney Companies, Inc., in the amount of $105,500.00.

Amendment
The Board approved an amendment to the HNTB Engineering Services Agreement for Design and Construction Phase Services for Project MP-05003 – Nall Avenue, to include a corridor study for a possible 20” transmission main along Nall Avenue from the future SE Crouthers pump station (147^th Street) to 151^st Street.  The total combined billing limit would be increased by $10,140.

Dedication of Property
The Board granted interests in property owned by WaterOne to the City of Leawood, Kansas for theNall Avenue road expansion project.
