System Development Fund
The Board directed staff to reserve $1,800,000 from the System Development Fund to the Master Plan Phase V Reserves.

Award of Contract
The Board awarded the contract for Project MP-05018, a 30-Inch Transmission Main at Metcalf Avenue from 199^th Street to 211^th Street Pumping Station to the lowest qualified, responsible and responsive bidder, Garney Companies, Inc. in the amount of $1,058,705.00.

Amendments
The Board approved an amendment to the Black & Veatch Four Year Capital Improvements Program and General Engineering Services Agreement to perform Construction Phase and Resident Phase services during construction for Project MP-05018.  The estimated costs to perform these services $62,000.00 and $87,000.00, respectively and the total combined billing limit would be increased by $149,000.00.

The Board approved another amendment to the Black & Veatch Four Year Capital Improvements Program and General Engineering Services Agreement to perform Design and Bidding Services for Project OC-06017, a 30-inch Transmission Main Relocation, Woodson Supply Line at I-35 and Foxridge Drive.  The estimated cost to perform these services is $78,000, and the total combined billing limit would be increased by that amount.
