January 12, 2005 The Board directed staff to reserve $1.7 from the System Development Fund for partial funding of Phase V and Other Master Plan Projects. Project 302 The Board awarded a two-year contract for Project 302 – 2005-2006 Water Main Extension Contract for the installation of water mains for developer driven projects and District Capital General Improvement projects to Miller Paying and Construction, LLC, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder in the amount of $5,802.650.46.
