Easement Appraisal and Acquisition Services Agreement

The Board authorized the General Manager to execute a one year agreement with the option to extend the services two additional years between WaterOne and Donoho Appraisals.  The easement appraisal and acquisition services are for approximately 24 future projects consisting of approximately 225 tracts with a not-to-exceed fee of $1,142 per tract or $274,875.  Additional projects may be assigned with varying numbers of tracts with the same not-to-exceed amount of $1,142 per tract.

Water Tower Antennae Lease
The Board authorized the General Manager to negoiate a Water Tower Antennae Lease with New Circular Wireless for the Wells Elevated Water Tank.

Project 298 and 299

The Board adopted a resolution authorizing acquisition of necessary easements by Eminent Domain for Project 298 (a 36-inch transmission main from 135^th Street and Metcalf Avenue to 137^th Street and Nall Avenue), and for Project 299 (a 30-inch transmission main, Nall Avenue from 137^th Street to 151^st Street.)

Project 279, 282, 283, and 284
The Board authorized a Change Order in the amount of $334,141.09 to Projects 279, 282, 283 and 284.

Three Year Capital Improvements Program

The Board approved an amendment to the Black & Veatch Engineering Services Agreement for Three Year Capital Improvements Program and General Services to delete Design and Bidding services for Project 286.  The Black & Veatch Agreement will be reduced by $89,289.

Four Year Capital Improvements Program

The Board approved an agreement with Black & Veatch to perform Engineering Services for a Four Year Capital Improvements Program and General Engineering Services.  Initial Services are for Design and Bidding Assistance Services for Projects 320 through 324 and Construction Phase Services and Resident Engineering Services for Project 320.  The Board further authorized a total combined billing limit of $2,482,680 to perform these services.
