The following action was taken at the Board Meeting on January 12, 2010.

Reservation of Funds
The Board directed staff to reserve $1,000,000 from the System Development Charge Fund to the Phase V Master Plan Reserves.

Award of Contract – Project MP-10028
The Board awarded the installation contract for MP-10028 – the refurbishment of Facility 1 Filter Gallery Piping and Valves to Grimm Construction Company, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder in the amount of $277,000.00.

Award of Contract – Job No. AC-09919
The Board awarded the contract for Job Number AC-09919-Installation of Facility 1 High Service Pumps No. 3 & 6 to Mid-America Pump, the lowest, qualified, responsible and responsive bidder in the amount of $73,271.00.

Award of Contract – Job No. AC-10023
The Board awarded a contract for Job No. AC-10023 – Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to Zumatrix. The project will help integrate the laboratory processes and record keeping in a format that will facilitate laboratory certification and regulatory compliance.
